On-site Warranty Overview
Origin has created an on-site warranty service for customers who have purchased Thecus boxes in the UK. This service has been specifically designed for people who need additional UK based support for their Thecus Storage box, the service is even supported by Thecus themselves.
Origin has been supporting Thecus customers in the UK ever since they entered the UK market. As well as our expert knowledge and experience we also carry a large amount of spare parts making us the ONLY company in the UK with the ability to provide such a service.

Next Business Day Cover
Origin will provide next business day cover to customers who have purchased and fully registered their support contracts with us.
Next day onsite support is available to mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer this service offshore.
Two levels of cover will be available for Desktop Tower systems and Rackmount systems. View full list of covered systems
Whats covered?
Thecus SOHO & Enterprise level appliances are eligible for cover.
Hardware support in the event of a failure is covered under our support contracr.
Whats not covered?
The warranty excludes problems or faults found after apply BETA or non-official release firmware
Origin will not make a site visit to replace swapable designed components such as Hotswap Hard Drives or PSU's. However if your standard RTB warranty lies with us we will advance ship these compnents via courier
Pysical Damage inc. fire, flood, acts of god etc. will not be covered
